I have never been much of a cook! However, while I was on maternity leave with James, I vowed to learn some new recipes and get better at making dinner for the family every night. I experimented with new recipes most nights of the week - some of them came out good and every now and then we had to order pizza! One little recipe book I came to love was my sister's
Kraft Food and Family Magazine. Today she finally realized I still have it and asked for it back! :( Before I started ditto copying every page I decided to look it up online and I found out it is a FREE publication. In addition, they have archives of all past issues since 2002 stored on their site. I was so excited!!! The recipes in it are so simple and right up our alley, including things like:
Southwestern Ranch Chicken Salad
Grilled Bruschetta Chicken
...and the famous
Oreo and Fudge Ice Cream Cake (Nicole and I have taken this to several parties and it is always very popular and sooo easy to make)

So if you're looking for new recipes - I would check out the
Kraft Food and Family site - you can sign up and receive the magazine free every quarter. (If you google Kraft Food and Family you will even find a bunch of other blogs where people are writing about how much they love the magazine and their favorite recipes from it). I can't wait to get my first one!!!

I love this magazine!!!! I have tried several recipes from these mags and we love them. I actually made one last night call Bruschetta Chicken Bake (so yummy!) Happy Cooking!
We like that magazine too. The bruschetta chicken made on the barbecue is the best.
