Watching Edwin McCain live was amazing!!! He is so talented and Micah and I have loved his music forever. It was the best night. One funny thing was that the entire room was filled with middle-aged and older people. We were a little surprised to see we were with such an old crowd. As we were commenting on it, we realized at that moment - Micah had a strange kink in his neck that day and was having trouble moving it, while I was having some asthma issues and was wheezing throughout the concert - I guess we fit in better than we thought and maybe we aren't as young as we think we are. Either way - it was an amazing night and definitely one of the best dates.
After the concert we took a little walk around town and stopped to enjoy a great view of the American River. We are truly blessed:
