Gabby Gator

All of Haylie's kindergarten dreams are coming true. First she got to bring home the class pet and then her name was drawn out of the hat to bring home the class mascot - Gabby Gator. She is thrilled and her and James have gone straight to work making Gabbys stay nice and comfy. Tonight we write a story about Gabbys adventure in the Runner house for a day!

Root Beer Float

Haylie was so excited she got to bring home her class guinea pig - Root Beer Float - for the whole weekend.

Homework

Starting off right. Turning in her first homework packet on time. She was so excited to do it - a girl after mommy's own heart. :)

March Against Slavery

Oh I wish I had enough time in the day to write about all the things we have been up to lately. Our soon-to-be "official" Non-Profit organization Home For Good Ministries has been growing like crazy and keeping us busier than I could have ever imagined!! The Spirit of God is moving throughout Sacramento and stirring in the hearts of people to "care for orphans" and put an end to Human Trafficking. We have a big conference in November and we have been out sharing information and participating in events and training sessions at various churches to get the word out.

Soccer Girl

Haylie recently started soccer with other girls her age. Their team is called the Pink Ladies. It's fun to watch her run around with all her friends and learn about her as a person in different situations. She is hilarious at points - she gets so excited about making goals and she is very competitive. However, if she is not engaged in the action she dazes out and stops paying attention. I am so proud of her and love watching her do everything she does.

She gets SOOO excited when she makes a goal (or kicks to to the goalie - she thinks that counts as a goal too) :)
